Private sessions work well for beginners. Pop-up rooms suit students with some Ashtanga foundation — or a willingness to learn patiently.
What is Primary vs Intermediate?
Primary is the first series. Intermediate is added when practice and body are ready — never rushed.
When does the permanent shala open?
A permanent shala in Dubai is planned from 2029. You can join that waitlist via the booking form.
How do I book?
